Absolutely outstanding from start to finish! We have just purchased our 'forever home' through Keegan White and would like to say a huge thank you to Nik Keegan. We truly could not have done this without you! It would be true to say we have received the best customer service we have ever experienced. Thank you for returning our numerous calls and emails even when both myself and my husband were calling you at the same time!!. Moving home is a tense time and we are only too aware that this journey has been made that much easier because of Nik and the team at Keegan White. When we needed information Nik was consistently available to provide it. When it came to the crunch (exchange time!) Nik 'held our hand' through the process and it is without doubt that he cares about his clients. We were never made to feel like anything was too much trouble and we felt valued as people. It was also great to hear our own solicitor rate Nik Keegan so highly. We do not intend to buy another property again but if I did there is no doubt where we would be going.
