Valuations of our property varied widely, but Keegan White's assessment proved to be at the correct level - generating plenty of interest and promptly producing a very reasonable offer. The percentage charged by Keegan White was the lowest of the four estate agents approached, but this did not reduce the time and energy put at our disposal. Marketing was done swiftly but thoroughly, and included a virtual tour. Sound advice was given on how to respond to offers, and explanations were readily provided when we were baffled about some aspect of the sales process. A watchful eye was kept on progress along the chain, and when it became known that a mortgage offer further down the chain would soon expire, diplomatic pressure was exerted in the right quarters to ensure that completion took place before expiry.
