Had a horrible experience with them while looking for properties to let in High Wycombe. They never call you up or even reply on email to any of your queries . Called them multiple times asking for a viewing date and each time they confirmed they will send an email confirmation but never did. Had other 3 appointments lined up for apartments I was interested in and all of them were cancelled abruptly. I had heard good things about them and went to them first . Would not recommend to anyone going ahead .

Don't waste your time. Very rude especially in the lettings department. I will go to other estate agents. I even logged a complaint and was ignored.

Laughable. Try one of the other estate agents on this street.
