Dealt with a few Wycombe agents when trying to sell my flat. After a collapsed chain difficult time to sell and a little rest I contacted Keegan White. I dealt with Lenny mainly but all staff in the business dealt with me in professional and friendly manner. I had picked a difficult time to sell and the market in Wycombe is saturated with one bed flats that I thought might take a while to rectify, but decided to stick with it. I had a few viewings but a lot of competition. I wasn’t hounded to drop the price like other agents. Lenny discussed it with me and after several months, I kept it in line with other properties. Once sold I was impressed with the way they kept updating me without me chasing them. Although there were a few chain issues to stumble over. I feel Lenny was implicit on getting it over the line to exchange. I had a much better experience using an independent with what I feel was a slightly difficult property to market. We bought through Keegan White Estate Agents earlier this year and I have been meaning to leave a review ever since... Then I got side tracked by a pandemic! I cannot thank Keegan White enough for all they help they provided us with, particularly as we were very sorely let down by the estate agents we sold through.
