We had a difficult time with the purchase of our property sadly taking almost a year from our offer to completion. However, Lenny White of Keegan White's was always helpful and at some points, compared to both Seller and Buyer's solicitors, he was the only one who was responsive to our calls and concerns. He went above and beyound to liase with the Seller and their Solicitor when progress went off track and I thank him and his team for their persistence. I would like to take this opportunity to warn against Browns and Kidd Rapinet Property Lawyers in High Wycombe; both were very poor and very sub standard in their care and services, so much so we have referred them both to the legal services Ombudsman. We’ve recently sold our property through Keegan White in Hazlemere and cannot recommend Ben and the team highly enough.
