I really can’t recommend Ewe Move and Edward Jarvis enough. We initially had our house on the market with a big chain estate agent. It was listed with them for many months and we grew tired of new staff arriving not knowing the house and unable to answer potential buyers questions. Unsurprisingly we received no offers or if we did nowhere near asking price. Edward was different. Edward conducted every viewing himself and knew it inside and out. Any question buyers had he knew the answer. His marketing of the property was impressive, lots high quality photographs of all the rooms and a professional looking video tour of the house. It took Edward less than a week to sell our house and we got asking price for it which we were very happy with. Post sale Edward was very helpful and accommodating and we managed to sell and buy our new property in these unprecedented times. We were one of the lucky few.
