They helped ensure that the sales process was as stress free as it possibly could be. Moreover they personally invested in the process - on one occasion personally clearing rooms for photos at a weekend whilst we were overseas. Communication was also extremely good, proactive, clear and pragmatic. They actually made the sales experience a happy one for both us and our buyers.
