These guys need to sort themselves out. The tenant has finally gone from my partners property no thanks to you leaving it dirty and damaged. Kings are holding the deposit, we are hoping, and the member of staff 'dealing' with it has gone on leave for 11 days. In the meantime he has a damaged and empty flat! A series of c@@k ups from the moment contracts were signed......deffo do not recommend this company.

I can confirm a member of the property management department is on holiday until 11th July, however her out of office does state to contact the team in her absence. We have looked into this and have no record being contacted on this particular poit by either yourself or your partner until this tweet.
Our repairs department supervisor, Katie Pugh is aware of your claim from the damage deposit and is taking action to be able to advise you of the next steps. For clarity we do not hold the deposit . Deposits are held under a legally backed redress system for disputes and we are following this lawful
process. We realise this can be frustrating for all concerned but and take time . It is unfortunately out of our control .
