Hello Matt, Sorry to hear you have been unhappy with the service received. We have looked into your comments and unfortunately you did not meet our referencing criteria, the company we use for referencing have exceptionally strict guidelines - which doesn’t include assets. I believe our lettings manager did provide other referencing companies that we have used in the past that you may be able to pass referencing with to try to help out when we know we was unable to. We ask such questions prior to viewings to ensure you are able to proceed as holding deposits are non refundable if you fail referencing so the team was ensuring this did not happen to you.
