Thank, Charlie, Christian's and Louise, I was surprised that all the potential buyers who they introduced, they were all so friendly and very keen in sending their offers, of course, I finally accepted the desirable one. I appreciate Charlie professionalism in advising me on the marketing approach. Charlie suggested that the asking price was according to the average recent sold price, not depends on what I got from estimation. I felt upset at first, however, I still let him did whatever he thought was good to me. Charlie didn't disappoint me! During the exchange process, Charlie followed up closely with his buyer and also with both side solicitors, he kept me updated whenever I felt worrying. All done smoothly, just need a faith on them:)
