By far the most crooked letting agency myself and my housemate have had the displeasure of using. They are clearly in cahoots with the landlords, with a creative imagination for extracting money from tenants and making sure they keep 110 percent of the deposit. As I speak they are insisting the blinds in our house are unusable damaged and require over 100 pounds a piece to repair and threatening eviction if we do not pay. I only wish we had listened to previous customers of Belvoir before signing up for this.

Awful at returning phonecalls and cancelling things last minute. Letters they had supposed to have posted never turned up. Gave several excuses for all this which were blatant lies. Extorted as much money from me as possible. Would not recommend at all.
