Dear Mr Moore, your concern wasn't sent through to us from Google until now. We are very sorry for the mishaps on the day of the booked valuation. It was a very busy day and our team member booked to meet you unfortunately ended up having a complete nightmare of a day. As explained, car issues and long distances to travel in Herefordshire from one place to another made it impossible to attend the valuation. We always strive to go the extra mile for all our clients but in this instance outside factors got the better of us.
