Since the first contact with Northwood Ross on Wye I have dealt directly with Ann Bridges. She has been kind, concerned, very very helpful, way beyond the norm of just finding the rental and client assignment. I would say she has gone out of her way to be a friend. She has overcome all the sort of tweaks and delays that beset the process of moving house. That's so reassuring as it's not easy to move and get everything sorted and obviously gets a great response and assures similar care from the tenant. She is most definitely an asset to Northwood.
