I have recently had occasion to thank the staff of Northwood Letting Agents who made me aware of an obscure point of law that may well have had a very detrimental affect on my ownership of the property. This followed a chance conversation with them about another issue, which they obviously thought about and contacted me to warn me of the possible situation that might develop. It proved to me that they were truly looking after my interests!
