I had not had any experience of letting agents before I was with Northwood. Suffice to say, now I am with another lettings agent, I can see exactly how amazing the team at Northwood have been throughout my time renting with them. They were always responsive, extremely helpful and a delight to deal with on all levels. If only all other agents followed their example....
