He showed real understanding of my disability needs and cares the accomodation is best fit. It's obvious his office work with owners to make sure everyone is happy and that is a real deal confidence and trust builder and reason I am very happy to give this positive feedback for everyone to see. Very happy with the service and he's a credit to the industry.
