We recently purchased our new property with the help of CJ Hole. From the start they were incredibly professional and their communication was excellent, especially Tim who dealt with the sale from the beginning and then Kate who took on the management of the sale. If we decide to sell our property we will certainly be going back to CJ Hole to manage this as the process was incredibly easy. Thank you to Tim and the rest of the team for all that they did.

Extremely professional, open and honest from start to finish. George and Tim managed the sale and viewings, with timely feedback. I bought a house through CJ Hole and was impressed by the way they kept in contact throughout the process. It was helpful to have a way to communicate with the vendors separate from the solicitors.

The office is led by born-and-bred Bristolian Chris Hill who is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). He is passionate about property having 30+ years industry experience and runs a total of eight branches in the area. Both Tim and George are both directors of Henleaze & Westbury-on-Trym and head up a large team split between the two offices. Between them and the rest of the team, they have 75 years' experience within Estate Agency and are both recognisable figures, having both grown up in the local area.
