account with amazement, i remember few months back i had nothing i couldn't boast of 100 $ in my bank account cause i've lost my life-savings and pension to scammers, i had lost all hope in life.. until MRS CHARLOTTE WAYNE came along, the man who changed my life totally. i had concluded that all account managers in groups were scammers but M proved me wrong, every time i apologize to him for doubting him from the start. Everyone needs to meet him he is the one, i urge you reading this not to conclude that every account manager are the same i propose you try MRS CHARLOTTE WAYNE and see for yourself before concluding. Having decided to use C J Hole in Clifton to sell my house, they were then helpful in connecting me to Henleaze branch to help me find my new house. Tim, Lorraine and Paul have helped me through what is sometimes a stressful time by being there to answer questions and get information on new properties in a timely manner. I was glad that I ended up using CJ Hole for both buying and selling. Both offices were great to deal with.

CJ Hole have been great start to finish in helping us sell our house and also helping us to find a new one. They have been brilliant at keeping us informed throughout the process and always on hand to answer our questions and guide us through the process. I can't recommend them highly enough!

With the addition of the Westbury-on-Trym branch opening in 2014 as a joint venture, together we are proud to serve the Westbury-on-Trym, Stoke Bishop, Sneyd Park, Brentry, Henbury, Southmead, Sea Mills and Shirehampton areas. Located in the heart of Henleaze, we specialise in both residential sales and lettings with a wide range of properties to suit every individual need, we also offer a dedicated property management service as well as new home and land sales. Our team are passionate about property and are committed to delivering a high standard of customer service. The key to any successful business is its people and our office is no different. The office is led by born-and-bred Bristolian Chris Hill who is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). He is passionate about property having 30+ years industry experience and runs a total of eight branches in the area. Both Tim and George are both directors of Henleaze & Westbury-on-Trym and head up a large team split between the two offices. Between them and the rest of the team, they have 75 years' experience within Estate Agency and are both recognisable figures, having both grown up in the local area. As such, our team offers unrivalled knowledge of the region, extensive expertise across the local property market along with many of the team being Members of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).
