From the original valuation right through to completion I could not fault them. Marcus Lifton who gave me the feedback on the viewers to Lorraine Banbury who did all the paperwork in the Westbury on Trym office were a tremendous help to me. Lorraine guide me through with kindness and support right through to completion.

Great service from Tim Pepper and the CJ Hole team. Selling family home as executor so a difficult time added to the fact that it was not easy logistically as I live outside of UK. Would highly recommend.

Tim and the whole CJ Hole team were fantastic. The whole process took 12 emotional months with many ups and downs, but Tim delivered throughout the whole engagement. Tim constantly kept us informed and remained positive. The whole CJ Hole experience was fantastic, and we would highly recommend them. A great service from a great team!

Very professional and helpful. They were very accommodating when we booked in viewings of properties and agents always friendly. When we found a property to buy through them, they were very efficient and helpful throughout the whole process.

Located in the heart of Henleaze, we specialise in both residential sales and lettings with a wide range of properties to suit every individual need, we also offer a dedicated property management service as well as new home and land sales. Our team are passionate about property and are committed to delivering a high standard of customer service. The key to any successful business is its people and our office is no different. The office is led by born-and-bred Bristolian Chris Hill who is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). He is passionate about property having 30+ years industry experience and runs a total of eight branches in the area. Both Tim and George are both directors of Henleaze & Westbury-on-Trym and head up a large team split between the two offices. Between them and the rest of the team, they have 75 years' experience within Estate Agency and are both recognisable figures, having both grown up in the local area. As such, our team offers unrivalled knowledge of the region, extensive expertise across the local property market along with many of the team being Members of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).
