Booked a viewing for midday today, got email confirmation that it was going ahead. Adrienne did not show up. Called her/the office more than 10 times, left a voicemail and emailed her too. Got an answer 3 hours later telling us the flat was no longer available. Unorganised, unresponsive, incompetent and very unprofessional.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
