Big shout out to Sam Serby from Hemel's branch. Simply Amazing, words cannot express how thankful we are too Sam for stepping in and helping us get to completion. Having been constantly let down by our EA, as top of the chain I made the decision to pop into Castles and I am so glad I did. Had a Chat with Sam and she stepped in and assisted our buyers and pulled all the strings to get us to the finish line.
