Big shout out to Sam Serby from Hemel's branch. Simply Amazing, words cannot express how thankful we are too Sam for stepping in and helping us get to completion. Having been constantly let down by our EA, as top of the chain I made the decision to pop into Castles and I am so glad I did. Had a Chat with Sam and she stepped in and assisted our buyers and pulled all the strings to get us to the finish line. Sam restored my belief in humanity and we were blown away by her expertise, professionalism and down right perserverance to get this done. Suffice to say my review of my actual Estate Agents will not be so nice. Take a bow Sam and well done Castles for stepping in when others looked the other way.........
