A long time ago I was lucky enough to stay at a 6 star hotel. I had always believed 5 star was the summit but was blown away by the next level up. My recent experience with Castles has been kind of the same. May not have quite had 24 hour butler service, but honestly it sometimes felt like it. Simon was patient, insightful and a pleasure to work with. It didn't matter what we threw at him, he smiled and found a solution. The boring bit is Castles have great area coverage but that actually matters as well as attention to detail on your property. I highly recommend you try Castles first.
