Castles were superstars in our hunt to purchase our forever home. They helped find us a house prior to the first lockdown where we unfortunately had to pull out from due changes in our job circumstances. Simon was fantastic understanding our needs and our situation and when we were in a position to start looking again (in the midst of Lockdown 3 - December 2020) we were absolutely delighted to deal with them again when we found our forever home. Sam was a superstar in making sure the process was as smooth as it could possibly be considering the solicitors involved and the strict deadline. We completed in February. I wholeheartedly recommend them and can say after dealing with other estate agents in the area, they are easily the best.
