After 6 experiences with unprofessional and/or deceitful estate agents over 10 years/4 properties (one of them didnt even know the difference between Leasehold/Freehold - an Estate Agent...?), Castles have so far proved to buck that trend. From the moment Simon and Matt first spoke to us, we were clear that our trust in Estate Agents was low. Simon was very clear on the expectations of his team and Matt has met them at every opportunity. Matt is always available on the phone, he almost knows when we are going to call, without us warning him.
