I moved to Castles from my previous agents - Met up with Matt Hooton on the Monday and found him very positive with his attitude and what Castles could do for us and get us a sale. The team from Boxmoor all came up to do a walk through of our property that week, which was great, as the whole team heard what we wanted to highlight and that meant that it didn't matter who from the team showed prospective buyers around.
