I can easily say that my move was not straight forward, to say the least, but without her tireless work behind the scenes chasing solicitors and developers, I would not be moving in today. Before putting our home on the market we spoke to three estate agents - explaining to each our problem: that we needed to sell our second property before putting ours on the market. Three out of the four agents told us to wait then get in touch once our second home was sold. Suzanne at White and Guard suggested we get a let-to-buy mortgage while we waited. So that's what we did. Last Friday we picked up the keys to our new home and couldn't be happier. We were even given a rather snazzy bottle of champers when we collected our keys. Very pleased I enlisted the help of White & Guard to sell my Mother,s house who was very nervous & worried about the whole process. I have been very happy with the level of efficiency and service provided by both Susanne who was extremely proactive in finding me available properties to view even before they were put on the market and Steve who was very accommodating by letting us view the house on a Sunday morning when the business is closed.
