We had used a couple of other letting agents prior to switching to White and Guard but White and Guard have been by far the best and we would thoroughly recommend. We have just had a tenant want to move out before the end of their agreed term and they have ensured that our interests have been protected and a new tenancy quickly agreed. Both Jess and Hannah are brilliant, very professional and helpful staff offering very good advice. Reasonable quotes are obtained quickly for any work which needs doing. Quarterly inspections are always carried out with lots of photos so that we can be sure the property is being well looked after. Inventory reports on check in and check out are also very detailed with lots of photos
