Communication sucks, don’t email back on a sale, if you’re selling don’t hear for months, recommend a solicitor that isn’t fully qualified that also doesn’t respond to phone and email. If you want to look at a property they don’t contact you back via email or phone even after calling, had to check with owners for a property to view that was empty and still didn’t call back or email.
