The whole team are very easy to deal with and professional, but we had a really attentive special service from Becky for whom nothing was too much trouble. She was always ready to help and would get stuff sorted very quickly. Becky is just a joy to work with, and responds very quickly to any question or query. Communication is top notch and I feel she really adds value bridging the worries and concerns of buyers and sellers and keeping the whole thing on track and setting expectations along the chain.
