Following Nick’s excellent advice in marketing the property, it had sold within 24 hours of going live achieving the full asking price. Nick was always available for queries, kept in touch every step of the way throughout the process and went the extra mile to ensure everything was kept moving when issues arose further down the chain. His endeavour to achieve a satisfactory outcome for all parties was above and beyond what I’d expect of an estate agent.
