We can not express enough gratitude for the service we have received throughout our sale. Nick visited and quoted a sale price which I wasn’t totally in agreement with, at the time. However, after our property being on the market with another agent at a higher sale price I soon realised that the price was too high and not generating any interest. So we asked John Leslie Mellor to take over our sale again and our buyer actually knocked at our front door within 15 mins of being added to Right-move. We have now completed our move and have to say that Wendy and Nick were more than helpful with the process. Wendy was so helpful every time I rang stressing about the delayed exchange of contracts. She went out of her way to chase up all parties involved. We honestly don’t plan to move anytime soon, however if we ever do, we will only ever use JL Mellors. We all actually hugged when we dropped in the keys. Highly recommend! Thanks guys!
