The best of the best! John, Nick and Wendy saved our chain and our sanity. From the very moment my husband met with John, he called me to tell me we'd found a "really good person". Not just really good in terms of selling our house, but a good person. The team at John Mellor are seriously effective. When you call, they answer, and if they say they'll call you back, they always call you back. Can you imagine?! They care - about you, about your house, about the chain you're in. John, Nick and Wendy went way beyond their immediate role of selling our house. In fact, finding our buyer was only where they started. They didn't find a buyer and leave us hanging, they saw us right the way to the end, communicating up and down our chain, and somehow managing to hold it all together when the house we were buying fell through, reassuring us and the rest of the chain that all of this was still possible if we kept our heads - their calmness emitted throughout the chain, and I credit them for saving our chain in those difficult moments.
