I have been really impressed by the support I've had from Preston Baker during our house sale, in fact I can safely say I've never had an estate agent work for me before who has been as effective as they are (and I've used quite a few) They have been really imaginative in selling the property, been incredibly helpful both in a practical sense and problem-solving one and proactive throughout the whole process. If you need an estate agent you won't do any better than them.

Our experience with Preston Baker was positive, which I certainly cannot say for all of my interactions with lettings agencies. Once we found a flat that we liked, our lettings manager, Tom Hawes, was extremely polite and helpful during the process of securing a tenancy. He was able to take into consideration our circumstances and kindly helped us with negotiating some adjustments to the property with the landlord. We were very impressed with the quality of his communication and the effort he put in throughout the process.
