Jess took the time to explain outcomes and was patient with allowing us to make a decison which suited us best, all whilst using her 10 years experience to guide in a way which was win win for everyone involved.

Andrew has been amazing throughout. We thought we had an easy sale, which turned out to be very stressful. Andrew and Jess were both very helpful and communicated regularly with us. They also communicated with our forward purchase when things were looking bleak. Andrew listened when I moaned and was a calming influence. Worth the price. Just pay the extra money in fees and go with Preston baker. Great service with sale and purchase. I had placed my house on sale with a different estate agent and had no good offers nothing even near asking price. However once I swapped to PB they took over in no time and sold it on launch day at a great price. From there I found a house that was on sale with PB. I spoke to Racheal who was amazing, she managed everything from negotiating the price to placing an offer and all the way to completion. I also went with PB mortgage brokers and was dealing with Micheal. He helped me and my partner get a mortgage at an amazing rate. But he was also involved in the whole process from negotiating the price to accepting our offer to the completion which I would never have expected. He was amazing. I had two points of direct contact with PB, Racheal and Micheal and they were available whenever I needed them. I loved the communication through WhatsApp which made life so much easier. I also took the solicitor’s with PB and they were amazing as-well, great communication and great turn around. There were bumps in the road nothing is smooth sailing but both Micheal and Racheal reassured me and helped sort everything out. I would recommend taking the whole package from mortgage brokers to solictors with PB.

Preston Baker managed the purchase of my property and there are no words to describe the service we received it was spectacular in particular the conduct of Laura our progession manager she was no noncese get the job done while she had a hard attitude to her job she was the kindest loveliest person to speak to she managed expectations and never fell short of Fantastic in every stage on the process with out her we would not have moved in time I can't thank you enough and I hope I never have to move again but if I do I know who I'll be coming to help me thank you so much for everything
