I had placed my house on sale with a different estate agent and had no good offers nothing even near asking price. However once I swapped to PB they took over in no time and sold it on launch day at a great price. From there I found a house that was on sale with PB. I spoke to Racheal who was amazing, she managed everything from negotiating the price to placing an offer and all the way to completion. I also went with PB mortgage brokers and was dealing with Micheal. He helped me and my partner get a mortgage at an amazing rate. But he was also involved in the whole process from negotiating the price to accepting our offer to the completion which I would never have expected. He was amazing. I had two points of direct contact with PB, Racheal and Micheal and they were available whenever I needed them. I loved the communication through WhatsApp which made life so much easier. I also took the solicitor’s with PB and they were amazing as-well, great communication and great turn around. There were bumps in the road nothing is smooth sailing but both Micheal and Racheal reassured me and helped sort everything out. I would recommend taking the whole package from mortgage brokers to solictors with PB.
