Hello Andrea, thank you for taking the time to write this review. I appreciate the honest feedback, and I can only apologise for what has been a difficult time for you and your family. Though we manage the Property on behalf of the Landlord, we still require the Landlord's consent to carry out works. I have reviewed the correspondence on file and we have had frequent communication to the landlord to address all the issues you've mentioned here (and more) but sometimes a response hasn't been timely, and has required us to repeatedly reach out to seek permission to carry out the work. I appreciate the end result to you is the same regardless, but I just wanted to make it clear we have been trying to get these issues sorted, and will continue to try and get these issues sorted. We are sorry that you've had a sub par experience. That isn't what we pride ourselves on, and it is disappointing to say the least. Kind regards, Bradley.
