I received brilliant service from Charlotte Murrie at PB, from start to finish she was so helpful, responsive and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with her and she really went the extra mile to accommodate our tight timescales, working out of hours to make sure we were able to move in on schedule. There are so many estate agencies in the rental market that are approaching the process all wrong, making it so difficult to even get a viewing, it was refreshing to deal with PB as they didn't adopt this strange new process of needing to apply/audition before you have even seen the property.
