Highly recommended, an estate agent with a difference.

After getting an offer on our property with another agent the year before but then being unable to find a property and not being very happy with the service provided by that agent, we were reluctant to use an estate agent again and thought that we would possibly sell ourselves using an online agent. I'm so glad we didn't. Move Revolution market themselves as different from other agents. And they actually are. At all times they were professional, honest and easy to contact. Mathew even spoke to us one evening at 8.30 as that was the most convenient time for myself and my husband to discuss the sale of our property. You would never get that with a high street agent. Regarding the sale of our property Mathew and Ross were incredibly helpful, honest and open with us. When valuing our property they had obviously researched the local market, and they took great care in the way that they presented our property for sale. Everyone in the office came to see our property before it went live so that when people rang to enquire about it, everyone could talk about it honestly as they'd seen it. This to me was very important, as there's nothing more frustrating than enquiring about a property and no-one knowing anything about it. They ensured that people viewing our property were serious buyers and they also tried to group viewings together so that it was less disruptive to us as a family with two very young children. We achieved full asking price for our property with their expert negotiating skills! Every viewing that we had, we were given feedback for, which we found incredibly helpful. We had a very specific criteria for the house that we wished to purchase. It had to be in a catchment area for one of two schools and within budget. As soon as they had a property which suited our criteria they called us immediately, and made sure we saw it as soon as possible. They listened to our feedback and even discussed other property's that we had viewed with other agents to help and advise us. We even discussed Move revolution doing a leaflet drop, targeting our chosen area for houses within our budget. Once again, something I feel is special about the service you get from Move Revolution, is they don't just secure a sale and then not bother anymore. They actively help you look for your next property and listen to your requirements. I lost count at the number of times I had to tell other agents I wasn't going to view a property because it was in the wrong area - a waste of their time and mine. Ross then found our house! He called as soon as he knew it was going to be going on the market and arranged a viewing for us. It was perfect and ticked every box. We put in an offer immediately. Ross and Mathew were brilliant at communicating what was happening the whole way through the chain and we knew what was happening at every stage. There were some last minute hiccups which were very stressful, however I cannot fault move revolution in the way that they handled it. They kept us informed and worked as hard and as quickly as possible to make sure that the chain didn't fall apart and that everyone was happy and ready to complete. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mathew and Ross at Move Revolution. I wouldn't use any other agent.
