I came to BT on my son's recommendation as they were selling in Horsham and finding them extremely pleasant and helpful. I left a very large national selling and letting agent in Burgess Hill who inflated the possible sale price, dropped it and then, after some 5 months tried to get me to sell at 40k less than the first price quoted, to someone who wanted it cheap so they could afford to go to court to evict the tenants. I like ethical business practice and that is what I found at Brock Taylor. The got me the sensible asking price for decent people who wanted a home, not a gold mine. At every point they kept me informed and did their best to expedite matters. I would always recommend them. Wonderful people.
