Jill and Julie have a heart of gold, they worked so hard to get through our house purchase. The people we bought the house from were unrealistic and frankly not the best to deal with. But Jill, Julie and everyone at Belvoir Haydock fought tooth and nail to get our house over the line and we finally and thankfully got there. Communication was frequent and polite, and missed calls were followed up with voicemails or e-mails. We were provided clear updates at all times. Buying a house in COVID times has become an even more drawn out and stressful process but I would buy a house through Belvoir Haydock again any time. Thanks Julie and Jill for everything you did. And a mention for the welcoming gift as well, that was a lovely touch and was appreciated.
