House sale

All the staff at the Hatfield branch have been great , from Mel who viewed the property, took the photos etc to Karen Hobbs . Karen was constantly updating me as the buyers were slow . She contacted the buyers and their solicitor to hurry the sale along . I was kept in the loop , I found Karen to be friendly and very professional at all times . She proved to be very knowledgeable and a great person to have on side .

Northwood Hatfield have been really good with me as a new landlord and always responds to any of my requests. Recently Melanie has really helped me with letters I needed and she responded straight away and nothing was touch trouble. All the staff are responsive, polite and on the ball.

Poor service, would not recommend.

Terrible customer service wouldn’t touch them even if I was homeless, rang Monday in regards to a property, haven’t heard from them, was told I would receive a phone call to inform me of a viewing, and then today I rang to see if the house is still available, was told yes and some one should of contacted me, I told the lady on the phone nobody had her response aw well we can’t ring every one tough look Like I said I rather be homeless than let these amateurs have my money

A string of blunders led to us finding another agent. Our tenant wasn't happy with the service and neither were we. Sorry Northwood, we were paying you for a management service and doing it all ourselves. Wouldn't recommend.

Don’t rent off these they rob you blind with your money absolutely crap 👎

I had an awful experience. I rented a property, only to have problem after problem. They didn't really care...
