ABSOLUTELY SUPERB AND SECOND TO NONE. I am an experienced landlord with several rental properties, so having used various agents since 2007 I highly value good service. I do therefore recognise and very much appreciate how fantastic the service has been and has continued to be from this office. I have mainly dealt with Melanie and Nicola for my lettings and they truly have been superb, friendly, professional, helpful, thorough, always keen to to their very best and ultra efficient. I have recommended them to other landlords and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They found me lovely tenants who needed a quick turnaround and they were even faster than I could ever have hoped and I feel went above and beyond to help not only me but my tenants too. Before you instruct any agent (particularly if you have been with the same agent for a while) check their fees against Northwood as you may be surprised to see how much you can save on fees. Low fees and great service is what us landlords want after all. Melanie and Nicola are an absolute credit to their company as are all the staff members I have dealt WITH.
