Lovely team who made the tenancy easy and quick and they have very fast responses and always notify us in advance to inspections. However many maintenance issues that have been recorded and reported (hob fan, carpet lifting, mold etc) over our 2 year stay still haven’t been acknowledged or resolved after multiple attempts of complaints.
