Thank you for your review, we are sorry that you felt your experience was not a good one. After having a phone call with you to find out what we can do better next time, we found out this review was purely based on the charges that the landlord recovered from your deposit due to the condition in which you group left the property. This is unfortunate as it sounds like your experience throughout the tenancy was a good until the deposit stage. Whilst I understand this is not the outcome you wanted your head tenant did decide to accept the charges that you were presented with.
