I had booked in a viewing, which was confirmed a couple of days before. On the day, i turned up to view the house, they weren't there. So i tried calling, emailing and texting and got no response, even went to the office, which was hard to find, and noone was there. Have had no reply to my email since, asking what happened, and no apology.
