They make misguiding advertisements. A 1 bedroom apartment as a 2 bedroom apartment and charging for a 2 bedroom apartment.... When we moved in, the neighbors were just completely awful!! Listening to music all night long, arguing at 2am, partying every single week, they brought in dogs that would start barking in the middle of the night. They would constantly fight outside our door( the neighbor next door would alway pick up a fight with the guys upstairs). We have contacted the agency and kindly asked them to help us out with this....the only respons they gave us is that they can't do anything except send them a letter in which they can tell them to stop the noise.
We have been constantly contacting the agency that the outside hallway and staircase is just disgusting, trash everywhere, flies , puke from the drunkards living next to us and poop from the dogs they have. We complained for over 3 months just to be told that someone will come to inspect....nobody came to inspect, nobody came to clean!! After we moved out they tried to cut from our deposit for items that are older than I am and for "missing" stuff that they didn't even bother to check for in the appropriate place (initial place where they were when we moved in first). It's been 2 months since we moved out and as of today we have not received our deposit back!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Go with anyone else, but not this company. They will rip you off, they will not give you back the deposit and they will delay anything request from them!! If you do have a contract with them, don't hesitate to report them to the council!

I am sorry to hear you was not happy with the service offered. I would like to address each of your points. On our advertisement it is shown as a 1 bedroom flat and reads " Large Living Room which can be used as a second bedroom". This is due to previous tenants using this a second bedroom however the choice is down to the tenants. We also provided and accompanied view of the property to make sure before proceeding the tenants were happy with everything. We acknowledge that there was issues with the block. The particular block of the flat in question was managed by Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council. Whilst the block management, cleanliness of block and noise is outside of our remit we tried out best with numerous telephone conversations and emails to the council. The council then organised for an inspection of the block and we found that the cleanliness of the block improved after this visit. In regards to the deposit this was returned within 3 weeks of you vacating the property. Under the tenancy deposit scheme all dilapidations have to be agreed otherwise it is taken to the TDS adjudicator for assigning. This option was available if you disagreed with the charges for cleaning and minor repairs. We have an opening and closing inventory of the property which justifies the decisions on the deposit.
I am again sorry that you feel you have had a bad experience however everything in our control we have tried to be of assistance to the best of our ability. We have a great working relationship with the local council with a large percentage of our properties inspected and have been awarded PAL status.
