If I was able to give 0 stars I would. The landlord did not care about the house as there were serious problems with the house such as poor ceiling material and continuous leakage of water (health & safety hazard) in one of the bedrooms (It was evident that the landlord was poorly maintaining the house), this inevitably led to our of my housemates to go back to his parent’s home due to how bad the leakage was in his bedroom. The agency was lazy when it came to handling issues. Upon moving in we took pictures and made reports of any damages that were already there so that we would not have to incur these costs. However, they still had the audacity to charge us for those same damages that we reported at the beginning of our tenancy. It took 2 months for our deposit to come back to us. Not to mention that 2 days prior to moving in, police had raided the house and had had the front door chain locked. My housemates were waiting for hours for the door to be unlocked. Unaware with what had taken place, someone from the agency came and opened the door. The front door and back door were damaged and you can tell all the rooms were searched by police.NegativeQuality, Value

Hello Danayi, Thank you for the comments you made in this review. The agency did the best it could in terms of the leak during your tenancy. We wanted to get our contractors to rectify the leak, however, the landlady wanted to use her own contractor. We had also said to the landlord, she needs to sort out the leak urgently, in order for us to carry on managing the property.In terms of the Police raid, this was confirmed by the Police, it was to do with Welfate of one of the previous tenants, however, the Police at no point notify the agency, therefore, we were unaware of the situation. We dealth with it as soon as we discovered it! Regarding the deposit, I apologise it took so long, I beleive there was a small discrepency which took time to resolve. The charges made to you were all justified with photo evidence. You were given every opportunity to object with the deposit scheme.
