Dear Montana, I am sorry you feel that way, we did supply you with both, original inventory and the recent checkout of the property which proves that the charges were fair from your deposits. However, you had a choice to take it to the Tenant's Deposit Scheme to contest the charges but you chose not to. We try to be fair to all the tenants. The issues arises when the House is not looked after by the tenants.
