Hi Cecilia, Thank you for your feedback however just to clarify the situation, the cleaning you were charged was for your room and a portion of the kitchen which was in a bad state. If you want more evidence of this to explain the charges we are more than happy to send this to you in an email. The reason for the extra charges was due to your rent arrears as you moved out halfway through a month which hadn't been paid for in rent, you also elected to pay your early termination fee from your deposit which we only done to try and help you out and don't typically do this.
